🖥️ Devices: pairing & stores

Devices are the actual hardware running your register. Stores group devices by location.

💳 Devices, Stores, and the offline register are Business+ features. On Free or Starter plans these sections are locked — upgrade to enable them.

Registering a Device

Install the Saflio Register app on the device (Raspberry Pi or a browser)
The device shows an ID on its landing page
In Devices, add that ID and assign it to a store
Once active and assigned, the device is ready — its landing page shows the store name and Open Register becomes available

Create stores for each location (e.g. Main Branch, Baguio). Every device belongs to one store, and sales are attributed to that store.

Each device shows a provisioning status (e.g. Discovered, Provisioned)
A provisioned device has everything it needs: store, company, and printer config

Connect a thermal receipt printer to the device and configure it under Settings → Thermal Receipt Printer. Orders print automatically at the counter.

📡 A registered device keeps selling even when the internet drops — it stores orders locally and syncs when the connection returns.
