Counter, Collect and Flow are all inside the one Saflio app, so Android always names the source βSaflioβ. Saflio puts the app in the notification itself.
Who receives pushes
- Only the company Owner or Admin receives a push β the same requirement Counter already uses.
- Employees (cashiers, managers) and clients never receive pushes, even if they use the app.
- The rule is enforced when the push is delivered, not only hidden in the app.
Telling the apps apart
- Counter pushes keep their usual wording (for example, βCash Out β 0917β¦β)
- Collect and Flow pushes are prefixed with the app name (for example, βCollect β Invoice paidβ)
Muting one app at a time
- Each app has its own Android notification channel: Counter, Collect and Flow
- Android Settings β Apps β Saflio β Notifications lets you mute one app without silencing the others
- The channel name is the app name, so you can see at a glance what each one is for
What each app notifies you about
- Counter β every service recorded at the till (Cash In, Cash Out, Buy Load, Pay Bills)
- Collect β an invoice is paid, an estimate is approved or declined, a contract is signed, a subscription is canceled
- Flow β a member joins one of your shared workspaces
Choosing which types you get
- In Settings β Notifications, an owner or admin can switch each Collect notification type on or off for the whole company.
- Switching one off means it is not sent β it is not just hidden from view.
- Contract signed, estimate declined and subscription canceled each have their own switch.
Tapping a notification
- Tapping a push copies the punched number to your clipboard and opens the app β ready to paste into GCash or a message.
- A push with no number (for example a Flow bill reminder) simply opens the app.
π‘ Turning off a whole app's notifications is done in Android Settings, not in Saflio β Saflio only decides which channel each push uses.
