💳 Plans: features & team roles

Your POS plan controls which features unlock, and roles control what each teammate can see and do.

POS Plans

• Free — 1 company, register + basic features
• Starter — 1 company, more stores and users
• Business — up to 5 companies, plus offline devices, stores, PIN login, and Deployment Readiness
• Enterprise — unlimited companies and everything in Business

Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Account → Subscription page. Changes apply to all companies you own.

Team Roles

• Company Admin / Owner — full access, including team, devices, and settings
• Inventory Management — register, dashboard, products, inventory, account
• Read-Only — view register, dashboard, products, inventory, account
• Register Only (kiosk) — just the register and account

Inviting Teammates

• Go to Companies → your company → Invite Members
• Enter their email and pick a role
• They accept the invite and sign in with their own account
• Invites and team invites require the Family plan on Budgeting or Business+ on POS
