📦 Products: catalog & stock

Products are the heart of your catalog. Set them up once and they're available on every device in your company.

Adding a Product

• Go to Products → Add Product
• Enter a name, price, and category (e.g. Snacks, Drinks, Grocery)
• Add a SKU or barcode so it can be scanned at the register
• Optional: cost, tax rate, and unit (piece, kilo, etc.)

Barcodes

Type a barcode into the product field or scan it with a USB scanner. At the register, scanning a barcode adds the product to the cart instantly — no typing needed.

Stock Levels

• Track how many units you have in Inventory
• Sales automatically reduce stock
• Use stock adjustments for deliveries, spoilage, or corrections

Importing a Catalog

Starting fresh? A company admin can import your whole catalog from a CSV (name, price, barcode, stock, and more). This is the fastest way to seed a new store — ask your admin or support for the import template.
