🛒 Register: sales, cart & receipts

The Register is a full-screen, touch-optimized interface for tablets and touchscreens.

Layout

• Left panel — search bar, scanned items, and quick-add buttons
• Right panel — product details, cart, totals, and payment

Finding Products

• Type in the search bar to find products by name or barcode
• Use the camera button to scan a barcode with the device camera
• Plug in a USB barcode scanner and scans add items automatically

Managing the Cart

• Use + and − to adjust quantities
• Toggle coupon checkboxes on items that qualify
• Set a quantity to 0 to remove an item

Completing a Sale

• Choose a payment method: Cash, Card, or Mobile
• Confirm in the payment popup
• The order is saved automatically and appears in Orders

Receipts

Receipts show your company name, items, totals, and the cashier who rang up the sale. Reprint any receipt from the Orders screen.

If you have a thermal printer connected, receipts print automatically. Set it up under Settings → Thermal Receipt Printer.
