Services are register transactions like Cash In, Buy Load, Pay Bills, and Cash Out โ they're stored separately from product orders and each one prints its own receipt.
Finding Services
- Open the Transactions section (the menu item next to Reports)
- Use the Services tab โ every service sale is listed with its date, type, and account or reference number
- Orders and Services are two tabs inside the same Transactions area
Receipts & Account Numbers
- Each service prints its own receipt at the register (e.g. a Buy Load or Cash In receipt)
- The receipt shows the full account or reference number on its own line so it's never cut off
- Tap View on any service and then Reprint Receipt to print a customer copy with the full number
Service Profit in Reports
- Open Reports โ Summary to see Register Services โ Cash In, Cash Out, Buy Load, and Pay Bills each with their amount and profit
- Profit is the service fee the store keeps (for example the โฑ5 fee on a โฑ500 load)
- Reports also shows the month's Service margin (fee + amount โ cost) and the cash effect services had on your drawer
Change & Service Cost
- Cash Tendered is what the customer hands over โ enter it and Change is worked out for you, so no calculator is needed
- Change is tendered minus the total; leave Tendered empty and Change stays at 0 (Cash Out usually has no change)
- Service Cost is what the service costs you โ enter it, or set a default under Admin โ Services, and the margin in Reports becomes real
Choosing Which Services You Offer
- Open Admin โ Services to switch each service on or off: Cash In, Cash Out, Buy Load, Pay Bills
- A service switched off disappears from the register's service buttons โ the same way a disabled payment option isn't offered
- Each service has its own fee and cost: leave the fee blank to keep the built-in โฑ5 per โฑ500 scale, or set your own
๐ก Services available depend on your region and plan โ Cash In / Cash Out for GCash agent stores, Buy Load for load retailers, Pay Bills for bill payment centers.
