👥 Workspaces

Workspaces are where your Budgeting data lives. Share one with family or keep your own.

What Is a Workspace?

A workspace holds a set of Budgeting data — budgets, expenses, goals, and reports. Your account starts with a personal workspace. Workspaces can be shared so multiple people work from the same budgets.

Switching Workspaces

• Open Budgeting → Workspace in the sidebar
• Use the workspace selector to jump between the workspaces you belong to
• The dashboard, budgets, and reports all reflect the selected workspace

Inviting Members

• Go to Budgeting → Workspace → Invite Members
• Enter the person's email and choose a role (editor or viewer)
• They get an invite link — once accepted, they join the workspace with that role
• Editors can add and change entries; viewers can only see them

Owner & Limits

The workspace owner controls it. When you own more workspaces than your plan allows, the oldest stay unlocked and the extras get locked — upgrade your plan to unlock more.
