Workspaces
Your Flow data lives in workspaces. The owner creates a workspace and can invite family members or teammates to share it. Each member can be an editor (can add and change entries) or a viewer (read-only).
- Go to Flow → Workspaces to manage yours
- Invite members with the Invite Members button (Family plan)
- Accepted invites add the member to the workspace with the role you chose
Plans
- Free — basic budgeting for one person
- Plus — more workspaces and features
- Family — up to 5 members with workspace sharing and invites
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Account → Subscription. Your Flow plan is separate from your Counter plan.
💡 Flow and Counter are independent — switching your Flow plan does not change your Counter plan (and vice versa).
