Manage your companies, team, roles, and devices.

Companies

• Your POS data (products, team, devices, orders) lives in a company
• The company owner creates companies and controls the team
• Switch between companies from the company switcher in the sidebar

Team & Invites

• Invite members from Companies → Users → Invite
• Each invite picks a role — the invitee accepts and signs in with their own account
• Invites expire after 7 days; revoke or resend anytime

Team Roles

• Owner / Admin: full access — team, devices, settings, and prices
• Manager: runs the store day to day (register, dashboard, products, restock, orders, customers, reports) — sees prices but can't change them
• Register + Products: register, dashboard, and products
• Inventory Only: enters new products and restock — never sees prices
• Owners and Admins can change a teammate’s permission anytime (Companies → Users)
• Register Only (kiosk): register + account

Inventory Only & Publishing

• Inventory Only: enters new products and restock — prices and cost stay hidden
• A new item stays unpublished until an owner or manager publishes it
• A Manager can publish an item that already has a price, but cannot change prices

User PINs

PINs are how cashiers sign in at the register — they stamp the cashier’s name on every order, and each PIN is unique per user. Manage them in Companies → Users: set or reset a teammate’s PIN, or press the eye icon to reveal the PIN that is set. Every reveal is recorded in the audit log (who looked, at whose PIN, and when). Everyone can change their own PIN from their account (Set / Change my PIN) — no need to ask an owner.

Devices & Stores

• Register hardware in Devices and assign it to a store
• Configure the receipt printer and run Deployment Readiness in Settings
• Devices, stores, and offline mode require the Business+ POS plan
